\nThe engine started right up, so we’re doing the inspection, Deco-mainte, D.I.D ZVM-X & Sunstar Service Kit + Newtech oil change and more.<\/p>\n

\nWe’re swapping the tires for T30 EVO.<\/p>\n

\nNo runout\u2014that’s reassuring.<\/p>\n

\nThe air valve side is nice and heavy\u2014good sign.<\/p>\n

\nThis is a good time to clean out the shaft passage too.<\/p>\n

\nThe bearings look fine as they are.<\/p>\n

\nIt was a real pain getting it out. Sure enough, there’s some light rust.<\/p>\n

\nThe shaft runout is no problem.<\/p>\n

\nI’ll clean the inside as much as I can.<\/p>\n

\nThe setup is a bit odd, but I’ll make it work for reuse.<\/p>\n

\nThe rear pads are gone\u2014they need replacing.<\/p>\n

\nPretty dirty in there.<\/p>\n

\nJust a light steam and the dirt comes right off. Now we’ll brush it, steam again, and get even more grime out.<\/p>\n

\nSome spots won’t come clean, but it’s come back to life beautifully.<\/p>\n

\nIt was so fuzzy I had to sand it down first before polishing.<\/p>\n

\nThe disc holes are in good shape\u2014not too many pits. More to come\u2026<\/p>\n
