It&#8217;s the opposite of the stock setup, but shouldn&#8217;t the cap face the direction the cord is bent? You really can&#8217;t get a feel for something like this without seeing the actual part. There&#8217;s not much space on the back, so if I just use straight ribs without reinforcement, the heel could push through\u2014that might not work.
