\nLet’s install the Watanabe SP2.<\/p>\n

The included bracket makes removal difficult. We don’t take it off often, but it gets in the way surprisingly when we remove the head cover. I made a lightweight box-shaped bracket.<\/p>\n

I bent it in three places on the V5 and also did the usual deburring.<\/p>\n

I also welded on a nut to make removal and installation a little easier.<\/p>\n

No issues with the tank clearance. It’s a bit hard to see, but we’ll route the cord horizontally.<\/p>\n

I always struggle with where to place the Watanabe unit.<\/p>\n

The materials arrived yesterday, so this time I finished it with sheet metal and round stock.<\/p>\n
