\nThe rear suspension isn’t returning, so it’s stretched out nicely.<\/p>\n

The Inazuma 1200 has been added to the Watanabe SP2 lineup. Let’s get it installed.<\/p>\n

\nWe remove the battery case to take out the igniter. The lightening holes are pretty nice, aren’t they? Looks usable.<\/p>\n

\nUsually we don’t use this blue bracket. Since it ends up with a similar shape, we’ll use it this time.<\/p>\n

\nWe rounded the corners with an 8R radius. Clean.<\/p>\n

\nWe enlarge the hole with a gasket punch. Since there are ribs standing up, we drill from the back. It never comes out perfectly straight.<\/p>\n

\nWe’ve marked the sizes, so it’s easy to check.<\/p>\n

\nWe crimp it with a crimping plier that works for spark plug wires, letting the serrations bite in.<\/p>\n

\nThe included terminal has a long crimp length, which is a pain. Vehicles where the straight section comes off are okay, but the oil-cooled is surprisingly tight.<\/p>\n

\nThe breather cover was in coastal condition, so we restored it.<\/p>\n

\nAfter much deliberation, it only fits in the small parts tray, so this time we made it a bracket to stick on. (With a drop-off stopper, just in case.)<\/p>\n

\nThe aesthetics of dial-tight fit. The joy of the connector clearing slightly. Well, just how it worked out.<\/p>\n

\nSorry, we opened it without asking. That’s the layout.<\/p>\n

\nThe seat open-close choke idea was scrapped due to wire bracket shape issues. We’re installing it with Plan A.<\/p>\n
