\nThe weather was nice, so I took it out to the neighborhood for a test ride.
\nYou can feel the effect more if you set it up so you can plug and unplug it.<\/p>\n

\nBefore that, the plastic tank cap area looked dirty, so I wondered if there was anything I could do about it.
\nThe sealing method looks pretty sketchy, so I don’t really want to touch it much.
\nPlus it’s fixed inside with a nut and washer, so removing it is risky considering it could fall off.<\/p>\n

\nI cleaned it up as much as I could. Since it’s not gasoline-resistant paint, if I want to do a thorough job I’ll have to come back to it another day.<\/p>\n

After that I went out for a test ride.
\n Plasma Booster <\/a> turned ON for the first test ride.<\/p>\n

I was thinking “well, is there even a difference?” and riding around here and there. I pushed some decent speeds where I could safely do so and cruised down some back roads.<\/p>\n

Once I got a feel for how it felt with it installed, I did a test ride with it OFF.<\/p>\n

Right away it was “overall rough with micro-vibrations, an uncomfortable feeling.” Heavy, sluggish acceleration like something was pulling from behind. Compared to before installation, it clearly felt worse. The Plasma V+ (16-16.5V boost kit) felt good too, but this one felt even more noticeable.
\nAround idle, I don’t notice any change in exhaust sound or idle speed.<\/p>\n

It was a product that made me realize there’s still this much room for improvement with just electricity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
