\nWe bend the stainless steel pipe with a bender, working it gradually. It’s quite high-performance, so it doesn’t collapse easily. If you heat it to bend it, it’ll discolor, and removing it is a hassle. Whether you have the right tools or not makes a big difference in speed and quality of fabrication.<\/p>\n

\nThe hose fits in, so let’s inflate it with a bead roller.<\/p>\n

\nLarger sizes need larger shears, smaller sizes need smaller shears. We only have the smaller ones, though\u2026<\/p>\n

\nWe fabricate a stand to mount the T-REV on. One spot melted a bit\u2014consider it a quirk of the process\u2026<\/p>\n

\nWe route it back to the carburetor and draw it in again. If the installation just stretches out with hose and gets secured with zip ties wherever feels right, it looks a bit sad. So we’re being more thoughtful about it.
