\nSmall touches can really give a big boost to how good things look.
\nLet’s chamfer the top bridge with an R3 radius and polish it up nice and clean.<\/p>\n

\nThe generic milling finish has a really nice rough texture to it. These days with all the machined parts looking so clean, I wonder if the era of sand-cast mag wheels will make a comeback.
\nMan, it sure is dirty though\u2026<\/p>\n

\nI’ll chamfer the top and bottom outer edges with an R3 radius. Just this alone makes a huge difference in how it looks.<\/p>\n

\nThe top surface had heavy corrosion that wouldn’t come completely clean, but it’s still dramatically better now.<\/p>\n

\nI’d like to do the under bracket too, but I’ll save that for when I disassemble the front end.
