\nThe structure is mysterious, so I spent a long time thinking about it. It came off with brute force when I removed it, but no matter what I try physically, it won’t go back in\u2026
\nWhat is this punch\u2026? It won’t budge no matter how hard I turn or pull it. In the end, I put the washer back on and used the punch as a retainer.

\nI inserted the seal and spot-welded it in two places\u2014now it’s secure. All that’s left is to reassemble, add oil, and bleed the air.<\/p>\n

\nThe hydraulic pressure is back and it’s working again. It cost about 2,000 yen in oil, seal, and O-ring, but it took a lot of time, so it’s a bit of a mixed result.
