\nWe at Decoboco have a habit of saying “it’s fine, it’s fine” and not recommending things. Your rear disks are pretty grooved, so please pay attention to that.
\nEspecially with calipers that rattle like floating types, I’ve noticed they tend to wear unevenly.<\/p>\n

\nIf a scratch appears after taking this much care, I’d call that bad luck\u2014that’s what I think anyway.
\nIf a scratch happens without proper protection, well, that’s unfortunate\u2014let’s learn from it. It’s the same as running a lathe without safety glasses, having something fly out and losing your sight: you’re the cause. You always need to be careful.<\/p>\n

\nThe GSXR1100K-N disk thickness is 6 mm, while Sunstar is 5 mm. The contact width is pretty much the same.
\nI haven’t measured the caliper inner dimension yet. Let’s add a pad shim under the pad.
