\nIt’s a super basic three-roll bender, but it’s more than enough for what we need at Decoboco.<\/p>\n

\nBenders with small roll diameters for bending narrow widths are hard to find on the used machinery market. So we went with one of those sketchy-looking units you see on web shops. The handle is annoying, so we welded on a 1\/2-inch impact socket. Now you can turn it with a long 1\/2-inch ratchet or run it semi-auto with an impact gun.<\/p>\n

\nWe’re tack-welding the seams together. We’ll forgive the melted spots.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s easier than I expected. In the end, it’s simple: without the tool you can’t do it, with the tool you can. That’s all there is to it.
