Based on our measurements, we determined whether to reduce the front or increase the rear. We adjust by changing the thickness of the countershaft collar. Since Kawasaki uses a press fit, we fabricated a simple puller.<\/p>\n

Puller fabrication took one hour. Machining and assembly took ten minutes. This happens all the time. We learn every day. The shifting becomes smoother and quieter.
