\nWe replaced it with a customer-supplied Sunstar rear disc.<\/p>\n

\nThe caliper wasn’t very dirty, but we cleaned and lubricated it anyway. Let’s put in new pads too.<\/p>\n

\nWe replaced it with a New Tech NC50.<\/p>\n

\nWe relocated the Watanabe unit. With limited harness length and tight space, we installed it near the original position.<\/p>\n

\nWe relocated the electrical components around the handlebars.<\/p>\n

\nThe unused jack is neatly tucked inside the fairing.<\/p>\n

\nWe installed customer-supplied motorcycle LEDs. We adjusted and measured them vertically and horizontally. They look white to the eye, but inspection approval will be tough.<\/p>\n

\nEven though we replaced it with an SKF seal not long ago, it’s leaking again. When the vertical scratches are this severe, it just won’t work.<\/p>\n

\nWe wrapped paper towels around it and slid them up and down by hand, and sure enough, it stops at the spots with strong shine.
