\nThe lever and holder didn’t match, so we replaced the holder and drilled lightening holes in the dial for a custom look.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nClean and simple\u2014ZX10R spec. The pivot design is really nice.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nThe internal pressure felt tight, so we went with TERAMOTO T-REV<\/a>. We mounted it directly to the breather cover to keep things clean.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nIt came out looking really good.<\/p>\nThe hole positions stayed the same, but we fabricated new mounting plates around them.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nWe’re also rebuilding the shift rod.<\/p>\n
\nWe welded up the uneven holes on the left and right sides of the pedal and smoothed them out.<\/p>\n<\/a> <\/a> <\/a> <\/a> <\/a>
\nAfter grinding, the surface looks clean and polished.<\/p>\n
\nWe’re also rebuilding the fender brace.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nWe designed the rear plate for easy maintenance.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a>
\nWe also fabricated a new sprocket cover. We went for a rare look on this one.<\/p>\n
\nWe reused the seat base. It looked clunky, so we lightened it and added barring.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nThe torn shrink wrap was removed and we slipped braided tubing over it.<\/p>\n<\/a> <\/a>
\nThe disc is Sunstar Neo Classic<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a> <\/a> <\/a> <\/a>
\nWe also fabricated a new side stand from stainless steel tubing.
