The dirt zone behind the factory\u2014we recently completed the exterior work.
It would have been much more affordable if we’d done it during the factory construction.

I was thinking maybe we’d build another small factory on that dirt area. <\/strong>If we did that, pouring concrete first would mean paying to remove and dispose of it later.
That’s why we put it on hold.


Four months have passed since we moved, and it’s not realistic to build something else in this space.

The work progresses smoothly.
The blocks are laid down and the base is taking shape.

They repeatedly removed excess soil and then added crushed stone and compacted it.
The small machine is powerful\u2014it vibrates all the way into the shop.

They also raised the septic tank a bit since it was slightly too low, making it accessible for inspection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That day they laid wire mesh in the concrete area.
And they extended the PC fence.
Using PC fence gives it a cool, rural American vibe.

It was a busy day with concrete trucks and pump trucks everywhere.
Since it was a Tuesday, I asked them to proceed and went out.

Three workers smoothed it out together.
We really had perfect timing with the weather and temperature.

It’s more spacious than I expected, and both the appearance and usability have improved significantly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This 20-plus tsubo of land would cost 60-70 million yen in Tokyo’s Jonan area. <\/strong>It’s amazing, isn’t it?
The countryside is affordable and offers great environmental freedom.
Plus, there are no restrictions around here, so it’s a wonderful environment for running a motorcycle shop.

In these 5 days, it’s been completed like this. I’m pausing equipment investments for the rest of the year.
I’ve spent too much money this year, and the coordination and decision-making are quite tiring.
For the rest of the year, I want to focus on work and refine the smaller details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
