\nThe rear suspension upper and lower bushings are quite stiff. We removed them, lubricated them, and reassembled them, but the lower one still feels quite tight.<\/p>\n

\nWith a twin-shock bushing design, lubrication can provide even better results.<\/p>\n

\nThe pivot shaft is 20 mm in diameter. It has developed rust and is mixed with grease.<\/p>\n

\nAlthough the mileage is still low, disassembling and oiling it a bit earlier will help maintain better condition.<\/p>\n

\nHonda’s design allows swingarm replacement without removing it\u2014that’s nice.
\nIf the chain line groove aligns, various parts could be adapted.<\/p>\n

\nWe injected NC100 here as well and reassembled it. We adjusted the shim to eliminate left-right play in the swingarm width, and now both vertical and horizontal movement is smooth.<\/p>\n
