I want to make this year&#8217;s page one I can read back through without vague scribbles, a year I can actually review.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This year too, I want to focus fully on my work.<\/p>\n<p>Not everyone thinks the same way, but I&#8217;ve noticed that the smaller the gap between a customer&#8217;s expectations and their final satisfaction with the finished work, the higher the smile index tends to be.<\/p>\n<p>Some people want only the requested work done. Others seek more. But those expectations vary from person to person, and I can&#8217;t always meet them all.<\/p>\n<p>I think about the deeper meaning behind the feelings conveyed in words and emails every day, hoping that better communication methods between us will develop.<\/p>\n<p>Every job carries risk and return. Rather than digging and filling repeatedly, I want to be able to offer various proposals suited to each situation.<\/p>\n<p>I believe that maintaining a stable state consistently, rather than chasing big wins, is unglamorous but truly important.<\/p>\n<p>2015 has begun.
