If you have any live feedback or suggestions, I&#8217;d be happy to listen, so please let me know.<\/p>\n<p>Since I run the shop by myself, there&#8217;s a tendency for lead times to get longer than I&#8217;d like. I need to make a significant push to improve efficiency in this area, and that&#8217;s my goal for next year.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in 2015, I&#8217;ll be taking one or two additional days off besides Tuesdays, so I&#8217;ll let you know as I work out the schedule.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Twelve years have passed since I started Decoboco in 2002, and now I&#8217;m entering my thirteenth year. I&#8217;m committed to taking care of my health so I don&#8217;t get injured or sick, and I want to keep doing this work.
