\nOriginally it mounts at the handlebar clamp location, but this is a vintage piece with M6 specifications.<\/p>\n

\nThe key is compact and elegant, and the lettering is nicely done with initials.<\/p>\n

\nI’ll add a little character to it. When you zig it into place, it sits flush and looks great.<\/p>\n

\nAfter much deliberation, I mounted it in the location with the least risk. I apologize that the integration is a bit rough around the edges, but it’s the safe choice.<\/p>\n

\nSo the more labor and time required, the higher the cost, and if the final result isn’t perfect, it becomes a worst-case scenario.<\/p>\n

\nIt definitely has that installed-on look. I deliberated a lot over whether the opening should face up-down or left-right, but I think up-down is more practical.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>If I move it any further inward, the helmet will contact the wheel. I noticed that most bikes have the helmet holder on the left side, so this feels different.<\/p>\n

\nThere are three ways to use it. First, just as is. The spring is strong, so it shouldn’t sag.<\/p>\n

\nExtend it and hang the helmet directly.<\/p>\n

\nFinally, extend the step and hook it on. This method is the most stable.<\/p>\n
