\nThis is an Inazuma 1200 Katana. We’re doing the inspection and some minor modifications.<\/p>\n

\nWe’re replacing the master cylinder and changing it to a top-mounted outlet.<\/p>\n

\nInstalling the rear brake switch that was temporarily mounted.<\/p>\n

\nAnd suddenly we’re done!<\/p>\n

\nWe hit a few “oh no, I messed up” moments and almost gave up, but somehow we managed to avoid disaster.<\/p>\n

\nWe forgot that the bottom was a ball joint and the work was already underway, but we managed to keep the ball joint movement in check with a strainer-style collar, so we’re good.<\/p>\n

\nThen the hose wouldn’t fit\u2014the neck was unexpectedly long and we had a problem.<\/p>\n

\nBut we solved it with a racing-style angled routing.<\/p>\n

\nThis much doesn’t really need any special adjustment, but<\/p>\n

\nwe adjusted it anyway.<\/p>\n
