\nGenerous thread locker application. The manufacturer’s risk mitigation in case it comes loose might be perfect. For now, I’ll remove everything, apply just a little, and reassemble.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Since the caliper is different, I adjusted the outer diameter to 320\u03a6. The caliper center is slightly off, so I’ll shift it in the positive direction.
\nThe inner diameter comes out easily, so I realized it really does come down to having the right tools.<\/p>\n

\nI miscalculated the offset amount with the shim, so I ended up making two sets, and now the center is finally aligned\u2014just some light machining left to finish.
