\nSince a multi-tap comes included, it’s somewhat unavoidable for users to use it.
\nIt takes up space, but since it’s reinforced with the multi-tap anyway, it shouldn’t come loose. \u2191 This is how it’s currently wired.<\/p>\n

\nI was thinking about tapping from the gray wire, but instead I disconnected the connector and shrink-wrapped it.
\nI actually like the 090 connector’s terminal latch. The latch on the spade terminal side is a hassle when reusing.<\/p>\n

\nBeing able to pull from a location where you can get both + and \u2212 from nearby positions with a shape and orientation that prevents incorrect insertion is nice and subtle.<\/p>\n
