\nBefore assembly, this is a check to align the heavy point of the wheel with the light point of the tire using the “ABCDE” method. The air valve works too, but sometimes there’s a slight offset like this.
\nIf it’s zero, you might not need to apply weight at all, and you won’t need to peel it off next time either, which also saves time.<\/p>\n

\nWhen it’s covered like this, it really gives you peace of mind.
\nThis is a bit late to mention, but tire replacement isn’t my favorite job, so I’m currently not doing “tire replacement only while you wait” work.
\nTire shops are cheaper anyway.<\/p>\n

\nAs a consideration, it’s better not to pump too aggressively. First, it’s gentler on the paint and maybe gentler on the wheel too.
\nMy GS1000S uses some pretty old mag wheels, so this might be a habit from when I didn’t want to subject them to any impact at all.
\nI inflate to the maximum recommended air pressure and make sure to bring out the bead properly.<\/p>\n

Front 0g, rear 15g. If you protect the weight with black cutting sheet, it won’t fly off and will match the color.
