\n<\/a>The other day, we received a request for a flat-rate motorcycle inspection, Deco-mainte, and new tech oil change on a GSX1100S that had already passed inspection.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>These Brembo switches are a pain to remove and install. Since they’re RACING parts, there’s not much we can do about it. There was some corrosion.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The clutch side had old grease that had seized up, and the lever body side had opened up with increased play, so we adjusted the clearance.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The side stand grease had also aged considerably. It moves so much better now.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Since there’s no groove to collect grease, it flows away and corrodes.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The brake side also had light corrosion. I didn’t know you had to remove the rear suspension to access it.
