\nThis is the RF900 from Snow Damage Unit 1. We’ve restored the side stand, so now let’s do the front maintenance + SKF&ASH.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The steering, full of character, had rust developing as you can see.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>It’s in quite sharp condition.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>It’s in a state where anything we do will improve it.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The GSF1200 is the same way, but the plastic cover for waterproofing is a sharp idea. The movement is definitely much better, maybe?<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>We’ll reuse it and seal it properly.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Just having one isn’t enough\u2014it’s better to check the movement before installation for even better results.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Especially the underside. Different manufacturers have significantly different damping strengths, so I’ll keep this in mind to avoid steering adjustment headaches.<\/p>\n
