\n<\/a>During cherry blossom season, the area along the Meguro River gets incredibly crowded. It still looks a bit early, but I came to check on the condition of the blossoms.<\/p>\n

\nI wanted to see how much I could enjoy shooting at night handheld without manual image stabilization and with tilt shift.<\/p>\n
