Choose upright or inverted)\n<ul>\n<li>Inner tube runout and outer diameter measurement. We correct rust and damage. <\/li>\n<li>We replace dust seals, oil seals, metal parts, gaskets, and O-rings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Stem bearing OH\n<ul>\n<li>We replace upper and lower stem bearings and oil seals. We carefully apply Neutech NC100 grease. <\/li>\n<li>Stem shaft bearing contact surface measurement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Wheel bearing OH\n<ul>\n<li>We replace wheel bearings with non-contact double-sealed bearings.\n<ul>\n<li>Double sealing retains internal lubrication and extends bearing life. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Distance collar measurement. Wheel oil seal replacement, fitting and assembly adjustment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Swingarm\/linkage OH (choose monoshock or twin-shock)\n<ul>\n<li>Swingarm\/linkage bearings, &amp;collars, dust seals, chain sliders and more\u2014we apply Neutech NC100 grease and assemble. <\/li>\n<li>Shaft and bolt\/nut replacement available. (Additional cost.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Brake caliper OH (we&#8217;re still deciding on caliper count\/piston count)\n<ul>\n<li>We thoroughly clean calipers front and rear and carefully seal them with metal rubber. <\/li>\n<li>Piston and pad pin replacement available. (Replacement recommended, additional cost.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Brake and clutch master OH, clutch release OH\n<ul>\n<li>OEM brake master only <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>DID-ZVMX\/Sunstar\n<ul>\n<li>DID-ZVMX drive chain replacement (silver or gold) <\/li>\n<li>Sunstar or OEM sprocket replacement (final drive ratio adjustable) <\/li>\n<li>Drive sprocket, lock nut, and rear sprocket nut replacement <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I want this plan to focus on improving and restoring rotational and reciprocating motion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The definitive solution for chassis maintenance!
