\n<\/a>Since we’re diamond-coating the front parts, I’m installing my personal bike to get the stance right. The stem shaft diameter doesn’t match, so I’m making a temporary dummy POM adapter.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Now we’re fitting the GSF1200 wheels and rolling it, so I’m making a stepped collar. The fork’s axle diameter is 17mm, so it’s a 17\u201320 converter.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The swingarm will also get diamond-coat treatment. This damage probably came from when the stock muffler was installed.
\nEven if we repaint it, it’ll stay dented like this, so we need to repair it.<\/p>\n
