\n<\/a>Also fabricated a chair-style bracket. This one is a relocation bracket for the starter relay.
\nThe sheet metal is thin and the welds are chattering.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Since the mating surface is plastic, we’re using push rivets instead of bolts and nuts. They’re easy to remove and won’t damage the plastic.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>After routing the wiring we’ll be done, but we’re still figuring out how to handle the mix of Watani, boost KIT, and relay.
