\n<\/a>Cleaning isn’t the main job. The work is disassembling, cleaning, and lubricating the moving parts.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>We’ll freshen up the parts we’re reusing and put them back to work.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Chain pullers aren’t expensive, so we’ll replace it.
\nWe adjusted the swingarm pivot with shims. By adjustment, I mean we just swap in shims of different thicknesses, install them, and check the fit. Models without adjustable pivots require a bit more effort to remove and install.
\nWhen attaching the swingarm to the frame and tightening the pivot, it’s better to minimize stress on the frame.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow we’ll finish it up, get the inspection passed, and it’ll be complete.<\/p>\n
