\n<\/a>The inside is fine as long as corrosion is removed. Unless it’s really bad, but polishing plating makes it rust easier, and removing anodizing makes it corrode more easily.
\nI’ve been thinking lately that the key is preventing corrosion from being triggered in the first place.
\nWe apply metal rubber firmly to the seal groove and insert the piston while checking how it fits.
\nBy the time break-in occurs, the piston should move as much as we’ve input, and after release it should return smoothly.
\nSince there’s also the condition of the disc, the condition of the pads, and the condition of the caliper and master, it’s quite a tricky area.<\/p>\n
