\n<\/a>We removed the lever, cleaned it, and applied lubricant. When moving parts and contact points are clean and smooth, the lever and pin wear less and play is minimized.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>There’s still oil residue from the last Deco-mainte service, which is good. We clean the handlebar and apply just a thin layer of engine oil.
\nIt’s a good idea to apply grease (NC100) where the cable rubs against the muffler.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>There’s still plenty of oil residue here. Disassembling and lubricating occasionally from the inside is more effective than just external application.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>The brake side also has good oil residue remaining.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>It feels great when the sidestand moves up and down smoothly.<\/p>\n
