\n<\/a> The nut came off, but the shaft wouldn’t budge at all\u2026. First, I measured the current sag while applying oil and tapping. <\/span> That’s why there’s a perforated cardboard box on the opposite side. <\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a> After struggling for nearly an hour\u2026. I finally got this far. Partway through, the question came up: “Is it bent?” But when I rotated it and looked, there was no significant runout, so I concluded it was seized and moved forward.<\/p>\n
