\nIt was definitely running rough when we took it in.

The 400 has nice serviceability\u2014though we wish the harness layout could be sorted out.
 
\n
 
There’s no through shaft, so taking apart the vacuum diaphragm is surprisingly easy.

#4 cap is missing.
 
\n
 
The inner walls are pretty dirty\u2026

There’s some rust sediment.
