Pedal lever angle adjustment \u2605 looking good.<br \/>\nOnce I added the ETC, the left cover stuck out a bit, so I&#8217;m going with an offset and easy-open design. <br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/imp\/492584_10165851_0.jpg\" \/><br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>I didn&#8217;t have the guts to remake it from the base, so I extended it instead.<br \/>\nI bent it thin to increase strength, and since the fastener clip was moving, I tack-welded it and such. <br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/imp\/492584_10165851_1.jpg\" \/><br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>I didn&#8217;t have the guts to make a slot, so I drilled a hole, cut it with a contour tool, re-welded the entry point, polished it, and sealed it shut. <br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/imp\/492584_10165851_2.jpg\" \/><br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>For the other spot, I used the grommet ribs so you can push it in with a satisfying little &#8220;pop!&#8221; rubber feel. <br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/imp\/492584_10165851_3.jpg\" \/><br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Snap the fastener loose to remove it, pull it toward you, and the cover opens down with a nice drape.<br \/>\nSometimes thinking takes longer than building\u2026 Tomorrow I&#8217;ll test ride it and we&#8217;re done!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s taking quite a while\u2026 Today I&#8217;m pushing to finally wrap this up.
