When we called to make a reservation, they said, “We’ve got some really nice pork available.”
\nBy the way, this pork takes over two hours to prepare, so reservations are required and it’s not available during busy times.

It’s truly impressive, as always.
\nBut every time I come here, I’m reminded that Japan still has so many delicious, high-quality ingredients.
\nThey’re not visible in the places ordinary people can easily reach,
\nand I’m amazed by the difference between those and the products shipped to places where they’re truly needed.
\nWhether you call it a pursuit of flavor or a commitment to ingredient quality,
\nas a customer, I really appreciate shops like this. \u2605
