\nThere are quite a few wires, aren’t there? Maybe it’s a bit unusual?

\nCB-F charging system configuration
\n\u2022 Stator coil \u2192 All three phases OK (resistance value, no burn marks, no contact issues)
\n\u2022 Magnet (electromagnet) \u2192 Won’t hold a magnetic charge even when powered?
\n\u2022 Magnet brush \u2192 Power present, voltage OK
\n\u2022 Regulator rectifier \u2192 Hold off for now
\n1) If the magnet isn’t working, it won’t generate power, so rewinding fixed it.
\nBut when I assembled it, “Hmm? It’s still not generating power? Right?” Not true.
\nChaos! Total chaos!
\n2) Back to basics. Is the brush getting power? Wait, what?
\nIt comes and goes… sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t.
\nThis brush power supply comes from the regulator-rectifier.
\nIn the end, I confirmed the magnet’s magnetic force using an external power source.
\nSince there’s nothing left but the regulator-rectifier, that’s the culprit. Problem solved.
\nLooking back now… maybe?
\nThe magnet might have been fine all along… or so I thought.
\nSince we upgraded it anyway, all good.
\nThe right way from the start is to verify everything with an external power source.
