It’s better to avoid mounting the STACK meter directly to the panel

\nBending it for a face pad and shrinking, or slipping the OEM rubber in like a sock might be good

Is the STACK nipple switch an identity thing?
\nIt comes with it, so we end up installing it every time, but\u2026
\nHonestly it’s unnecessary\u2014just the initial cylinder count setting and shift lamp setting
\nYou can also set this configuration switch to do flashing.
\nEvery time, we make sure it’s a floating secure setup!

You could take the speed pulse from the wheel as a shortcut, but\u2026
\nWhen taking it from the wheel, I notice\u2026
\nIf taking it from the front:
\nIt strokes, so you have to account for that\u2014the appearance isn’t great
\nIf taking it from the rear:
\nThe wiring is long\u2014you have to mount it in a place (support) where the position doesn’t change when adjusting the chain\u2014wheel removal becomes a hassle
\nPlus, with fewer pulses, missing a single pulse is pretty significant, I’d say
\nI think a wiring layout that doesn’t get in the way even with front and rear maintenance is really nice.
