It’s a nice day and there are lots of customers around, so where should I shoot?

I practiced panning the other day at TOT,
\nand I never thought I’d actually try it with Maguro.
 
\n
 
I can get the shot, but… there’s really no sense of motion to it.
\nLet me try dropping the shutter speed more.
