The customer said the return wasn’t fitting properly, so we installed it.
\nA switch kit that’s convenient but not quite as convenient as you’d hope.
\nBoth FCR and TMR can be installed with the stock switch box \u2605
\nMake sure to always engage the stopper.
\nIf you disassemble only the throttle side so that the wire and inner cable are accessible for maintenance, it’ll make things easier going forward.
\nIt’s a hassle to have to loosen the carburettor side just to do maintenance.
\nAlso, the accelerator cable was too long, so we sorted out the routing.

Measuring the problematic distance collar length.
\nThe actual measurement shows we’re short by 0.47 mm! About 0.5 mm \u2605
\nThat’s a bit surprising\u2026
\nSince we’re not going to buy material just for this or machine it from a solid rod, here’s a clever solution!

\nWe tapped it and applied torque, so we’re good! I thought it might need a helicoil\u2026
