\nThe tax certificate is old! Since I’m in Setagaya, I’ll head out tomorrow morning to pick up a new one.
\nI managed to restore the meter needle

The pearl white bulb was really dim, so I replaced it

This one had a weak battery and some issues with the horn ground circuit
\nA bypass surgery fixed it\u2014beep beep! \u266a
\nSeems like a lot of people came in today
\nThere were other jobs too, like oil changes, but I was in a rush so no photos!
