So I’ve been saying since July,
\nbut I’m already out today as a test run.
\nI needed several things for work.
\n\u2022 Kids’ rug
\n\u2022 Large towel for motorcycle storage
\n\u2022 Extra bath towels for work
\n\u2022 Storage boxes for removed and stored parts
\n\u2022 Small work rug
\nThere were other things too,
\nbut I forgot my IKEA card today, so there were several items I couldn’t buy at the member price.
\nI’m being a bit stingy about that, so I’ll get them next time.

This time I got a rug that’s a bit bigger than the ones I’ve had before \u2605
\nI place removed fairings and such on the rug.
\nWith this much space, I can even fit a seat on it, so it works great.
\nSince it’s for kids, it’s lighter than a regular rug.
\nOf course it’s much heavier and thicker than a towel.

Bath towels are essential \u2605
\nI drape them over customers’ bikes while working,
\nso fresh ones feel better than my worn-out ones at home.
\nThis time
\nI also added new colors\u2014yellow, purple, and striped.
\nThe kids’ rug in front has a really nice feel, is lightweight, and works great.

The usual kids’ storage boxes.
\nIf I store removed or borrowed parts in cardboard boxes,
\nthey look bad, so I try not to use them \u2605
\nEven though overseas cardboard boxes look cool\u2026
\nGoing to IKEA takes a lot of time\u2026
\nThe thing is, “decent stuff at reasonable prices,” but you have to think it through carefully before buying,
\nor affordable items quickly become trash.
\nIt’s like: oh, it’s cheap \u2192 buy it \u2192 oops, can’t use it \u2192 trash.
\nIn the end, it’s just wasteful spending, and when it’s big, it’s a pain to throw away, so think it through:
\n“Do I really need this? Is it necessary?” If you’re unsure, don’t buy it!
