\nYou’d think inspections pass easily every time, but there’s actually a surprising amount of prep work involved.
\nWe adjust the tester so it fails as little as possible.
\nWhen fewer bikes fail, the inspection line clears out\u2014that’s the benefit.

The tachometer cable on this SR400 wouldn’t go in no matter what, so it snapped and got stuck inside\u2026
\nWhat? That took over an hour just to remove.
\nThen I installed a new one, but it doesn’t work\u2026
\nWhat? It snapped again\u2026? The tachometer side is seized up and won’t move!!!
\nNo wonder it keeps breaking\u2026
\nThen another 30 minutes.
\nParts and labor are on the house.
