Udo, rapini, and firefly squid in vinegar miso

Oyama chicken too, a small portion with salt and yuzu pepper

Conger eel rice bowl with chilled tanuki udon small
\nConger eel rice bowl with tempura too, probably as a service
\nI’m having the rice in a smaller portion
\nI don’t want that sweet sauce either, so let’s skip it\u2026
