So here’s Yamaai, in the middle of planning the “NEW FACTORY”
\nHe asked me, as the money manager, to check out the “NEW FACTORY”

So I wrapped up work early and headed to the site

Well! It’s a factory, sure enough.
\nThe blueprints and exterior don’t make much of a “first impact”
\nThree out of four are non-starters, one is a real dud
 
\n
 
First the budget, then the floor space, then the building shape, then the dimensions
\nIs there a restroom? Do we have water and sewage?
\nIs power available? Are there any weirdos in the neighborhood?
\nWell, if I start listing everything, it comes down to “just buy it and build it!” so you have to compromise on some things.
\nI don’t think you can just jump in and win, so let’s think this through carefully.
