\nWe don’t have propane, oxygen, or acetylene here \u2605
\nWe leave the heavy-duty fabrication to Aiyama-sensei.
\nWe do make light brackets and such, and we use a gas canister torch to heat them,
\nbut it felt inefficient because the flame was only touching at one point…

Then we discovered something like this \u2605
\nA handheld torch for plumbing work\u2014the “Hyper Ring Torch”

Works on pipe up to 22.2 mm
 
\n
 
2100\u00b0C of powerful fire\u2014and it’s also good for brazing

One-touch ignition and an adjustment dial \u2605 Pretty impressive

The only downside is that the cartridge canisters are hard to find at regular stores…
