So here we have the Bonneville flavor edition \u2605
\nThere’s some fabrication involved & it got shelved because of the Obon holiday break
\nbut finally we’re getting started.

Shiny and bright.

When we swap the swingarm, we’re going to make the rear caliper rigid.
\nIs it a GSX-R1000K5? A brand new caliper at 16,000 yen
\nSupport bracket under 4,000 yen . . .

We’re stepping down from 28\u03a6 to 20\u03a6 \u2605 Grinding away bit by bit and press-fitting!

For now, we’re doing a temporary tack weld of the boss to the swingarm, then paint and we’re done \u2605
\nThe annoying torque rod (this one’s floating) is gone too, so it’s nice and clean and lightweight.
\nThe look will be nice and simple too.
\nThe metal saw blade was so dull that once I changed the teeth, it cut like a dream!
\nFresh teeth really do make a difference.
