\nLately it’s been leaking fluid, so it’s in for maintenance.

\nThe stubborn ones we remove by filing down the Delrin slightly and tapping gently.

The rubber-type needle valve is tough\u2605 Still good to go!
\nOverflow can happen from wear, but usually it’s debris clogging or an issue with the O-ring on the receiving side.
\nWe adjust the fuel level using the float level, then double-check with an actual fuel level test!

We do synchronization here all the time, so it’s running great!
