I’ve been listing various insurance properties,
\nbut nothing’s working out\u2026
\nI’ve visited quite a few local real estate agents, but they all rely on REINS,
\nand every single property they show me is the same one\u2026
\nLater on, instead of REINS,
\nI had them show me only local properties to save time.
\nBy chance, a customer mentioned that a place nearby had opened up,
\nso I went to view it right away \u2605
\n“Since it was originally industrial, this should be easy \u266a”
\nBut when I actually viewed it, I was way off,
\nand nothing matched\u2014not the store layout, the lot size, or the location\u2026
\nSeriously? I was so disappointed \u2193
\nSo the real estate agent asked me, “How much space do you actually need?”
\nI told them that at minimum, I need
\nbetween 100 and 130 square meters, or it won’t work and I can’t operate.
\nWhen I said that,
\nthey drew a map by hand
\nand said, “This place just opened and isn’t listed yet\u2014why don’t you go check it out?”
\nAnd that’s how I was fated to meet the property that became the NEW FACTORY.

\nI was told I was being greedy for saying “I really need an entrance and parking lot”
\nThis is in Meguro Ward, Kakikizaka \u2605 Finally found it!
\nBut I can’t necessarily get a contract for any business type,
