I’ve been searching for a while, but I can’t find a good property \u2605
\nThis is a problem, a real problem.
\n“With times like these, there must be plenty of vacant storefronts, right?”
\nThat’s what I thought optimistically~
\nThere are vacant spaces, sure enough,
\nbut properties that are vacant and stay vacant
\ntend to be less desirable properties,
\nand that’s all there is in those areas.
\nThe promising ones got snapped up by other people while I was still thinking it over \u2605
\nIn the end, it really is first come, first served

So I’ve been viewing all sorts of places and putting in preliminary applications for everything
\n\u2191Ota Ward’s semi-industrial zone… I’d really rather avoid that

\u2191Kamiumma in Setagaya Ward, near my place
\nSmack in the middle of a residential neighborhood! There’s a basement too, about 50 tsubo total, but there’s a reason it’s dirt cheap
\nI’ve also viewed various other places like Ikegami and Y\u014dga,
\nbut none of them really stand out & they’re not in Meguro Ward
\nI really can’t find a property in Meguro Ward….
