{"id":74066,"date":"2011-05-18T01:10:51","date_gmt":"2011-05-17T16:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/en\/?p=74066"},"modified":"2026-09-24T13:42:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T04:42:44","slug":"work-acceptance-status-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/en\/20110518\/everyday-events\/work-acceptance-status-notice","title":{"rendered":"Work Acceptance Status Notice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s an update on our repair and maintenance work acceptance status.<br \/>\nI used to avoid posting these reports because they sometimes create even more congestion,<br \/>\nbut our work schedule has been packed solid for quite a while now,<br \/>\nso please try to avoid booking at the last minute.<br \/>\nExample: I&#8217;m going on a tour starting this weekend, so I need \u25ce\u25ce\u25ce done by then<br \/>\nExample: My inspection expires the day after tomorrow, so I need \u25a0\u25a0\u25a0<br \/>\nand so on.<br \/>\nWhen plans come up suddenly or inspections are due at the last minute,<br \/>\neveryone gets stressed\u2014and I end up doing it anyway, but<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decoboco.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/imp\/674393_62434387_0.jpg\" \/><br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>there are people who&#8217;ve left their bikes here waiting, and others who&#8217;ve been waiting to hear back about work we started earlier. \u2605<br \/>\nPlus, there are jobs I&#8217;ve forgotten about and haven&#8217;t done yet. \u2605 Sorry!<br \/>\nWithout saying &#8220;Hey, you&#8217;re supposed to manage this stuff, you idiot!&#8221;<br \/>\nif you could plan things in two-week to one-month blocks,<br \/>\nthat would be great\u2014though I&#8217;m not sure if that&#8217;s possible or how it would work.<br \/>\nAnd here&#8217;s another thing:<br \/>\nI need to temporarily stop taking orders for OEM parts and other parts\u2014parts only. \u2605<br \/>\n1) Looking up parts in catalogs takes a lot of time<br \/>\n2) We&#8217;re a small shop, so if I make a mistake, I can&#8217;t return it<br \/>\n3) Inspecting and making invoices takes time<br \/>\n4) Calling and emailing customers takes time<br \/>\n5) Order mistakes and fulfillment issues take time<br \/>\nFor OEM parts, please contact your nearest dealer. \u2605<br \/>\nI know this is a selfish request, but I&#8217;d really appreciate your understanding and patience.<br \/>\nFrom Decoboco<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s an update on our repair and maintenance work acceptance status.
